KC GrandPa BBQ
PitBarrel Cooker is what I use for most of my cooks. I do have a large Weber, which I will swear by, but for cooking brisket, ribs, and or chicken you can't go wrong. I can get up to eight slabs of RIBS in this Pit Barrel. While not a traditional smoker, it uses charcoal. I always add some wood chunks and get a truly smoked flavor. My favorite wood is pecan. I buy the wood chunks in 1" cubes.
Vaughn Wood Products is a great place to buy smoking wood. Like I said above, I like to use the 1" chunks. They have a huge selection of wood. I have ordered many times from them and give them five thumbs up.
